PandoraNAS is an invitation-only client for a private family home archive, for users aged 13 or older. It is provided without charges, advertising or in-app purchases. Google Play access does not grant access to files; the owner must provide a separate archive account or invitation. Accounts are created by the administrator outside this app. Do not give your login, invitations or device access to someone else. If local law requires parental permission for your age, obtain it before use.
You keep ownership of your files. You authorise only the processing needed to transfer, store, display, cache and share the files within the archive and to maintain security and reliability. Choose the personal or family area carefully. Family files are accessible to authorised members; the administrator can also access personal areas. Do not upload someone else's private information without permission or material you have no right to share.
Prohibited material and conduct
Do not store or share illegal content, child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation, pornography or sexually explicit material, threats, harassment, hateful or violent extremist content, scams, malware, stolen credentials, or content that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not use the archive to harm others, bypass access controls or distribute prohibited files. This private service has no public posting, messaging or user discovery.
Reporting and moderation
Use “Report content or a user” in the app; identify the file or user and describe the concern without attaching the prohibited file. You can also contact KristalZic@hotmail.com, including when the server is unavailable. The operator reviews reports and can restrict access, remove offending material and revoke a user's access. A report receipt confirms receipt only, not that moderation or erasure has already happened. Report urgent safety issues to the appropriate local emergency authority as well. The operator must handle complaints and maintain a safe shared archive.
Storage and reliability
Transfers can be paused, interrupted or rejected because of connection, storage limits or Android restrictions. A transfer is complete only when the app confirms that the server has saved it. Keep independent backups of important originals; this app does not guarantee continuous availability, permanent cache storage or a replacement for a backup plan. Internet/mobile provider charges may apply. Files intentionally exported or opened in other applications are also governed by those applications.
Stopping use and deletion
You may stop using the app at any time. Use “Request account or data deletion” or contact the operator to request removal of your account or server data. Removing the app, revoking a device, moving files to Trash, and requesting deletion are different actions. Shared files, technical records and backups must be reviewed separately as described in the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions. The operator will explain any data retained and the reason. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these rules or data handling require a new version and an explicit in-app decision before further use.
